Patrick was very professional in all matters of the sale of my house. He always wore a mask & expected potential buyers to wear one as well when going into my home. He kept me abreast of what to expect with a FHA buyer & questions, etc. they had. When I questioned something, he did not hesitate to verify it with the broker. Patrick was always available to answer my questions & eased my apprehensions. It would have been helpful, if at the onset, we had gone over the sale expenses based on the expected sale price & possible reduced price , i.e. closing costs, total realtor cut, tax percentage, etc. I knew some of the percentages but seeing the actual #s can have a different impact. It would not have hanged anything but at some point it may have been less stressful for me.
