Recently I was faced with the challenge of selling my Aventura condo at a time when the market was less than ideal. Through a great deal of research I found Patrick Jaimez of Coldwell Banker, an agent whose reputation gave me hope that I would successfully achieve the sale of my apartment. He knows his business well and was able to give me an overview of the present market (particularly for my specific building) as well as an accurate approximation of the value of my property. This led to a realistic price that would sell my condo within my expected time frame. Patrick was always amiable and friendly but also incredibly honest and straight forward. Throughout the process of listing, showing, negotiating, and closing, Patrick and his assistant, Jackie, maintained constant contact with me, keeping me updated every step of the way.
