We have worked with Pat twice, he was our agent when we bought our house and then when we sold it again 7 years later when we had to move for a job change. Pat was great! He is truly a honest, kind person and he never put pressure on us to make a decision (I hate being forced to make a decsion without having time to really think about it!) Wow, where to begin. You have in mind what a realtor is going to do but Pat and Collette went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me, like I was their only client. I think they're probably the only realtors in the world where you'll finish the process with them and feel like they've earned every red cent of the commission. They sincerely wanted and valued my input at every stage of the selling. They were incredibly fast with communication the entire time, which kept the escrow process moving as fast as possible.
