Patrick helped the reviewer sell this property

Great experience selling our home!

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and responsive! He did walk through of our home and pinpointed exactly what needed to be done as maintenance prior to listing! Very thorough- even got up on the roof to look at it! He stayed in touch with us and guided us through all negotiations with potential buyers - we got multiple offers as the property was priced well and we were able to discuss our questions/concerns without ever being pushed for a decision. Patrick is honest and thoughtful - in addition to being an all around great real estate agent to work with. I’ve recommended him to family and friends and will again request his assistance in the future when buying/selling property!
