My wife and I had decided after vacationing in Ocean City, NJ for over 30 years it was time to buy a property in “America’s Best Family Resort Town.” We first met Patrick as he had a listing we saw online but after listening carefully to our needs and preferences he found us a different and terrific home on the ocean that fit our preferences perfectly. We closed in January and are loving the new house. For this particular purchase, Patrick represented both us (the buyers) and the sellers. At the close the sellers were very satisfied with all his efforts, so if you are looking to sell a property, I know the sellers of our house were quite pleased.
