I would highly recommend Pat Hagan. He is very personable and knowledgeable, He helps with everything from beginning to end, He was always very punctual on appointments. When we had questions on something , if he didn’t know the answer he would find those answers very quickly. We looked at quite a few houses before we bought and we were glad to have Pat helping us find the one we were looking for.

He let's you know what is needed to get your home ready for the market, and is very helpful in assisting with contacts for work you may need to get done to get your home ready to sell. This was extremely helpful as this was the first time we sold a home, and it was 29 years the last time we purchased a home. When looking at homes to buy he also gives you good information on things to consider based on your needs and desires you want in your new home and this helps keep you in check! He has a good eye for detail also on positives and negatives for both buying and selling. He keeps you informed all through the process. I can honestly say you will be in good hands if you choose Patrick with buying or selling your home!

Pat was awesome. He went above and beyond. This is an odd time in history (COVID-19) and getting things done has been difficult. Somehow Pat made it happen. He’s a great resource and I consider him part of my team.
