I was an FHA buyer, and he displayed expertise on the requirements of FHA when we viewed homes. He would point out potential issues with the foundation and house settling, he would mentioned cracks or wall issues, he knew it all! I knew I was always getting the honest truth for any property we viewed. When he said he was following the home inspector, I knew I didn't have to go in person, because Patrick always had my back. The underwriting period was incredibly stressful for a first time buyer like me and Patrick was always there to reassure me and help me find a solution to every problem I ever had with the process. He did an amazing job with the price negotiation, with helping me understand the legal processes and the documents I was signing, and he was *never* pushy or underhanded. Additionally, Patrick and his company assisted me in chosing the appropriate people for inspections, surveys, as well as internet installation! Patrick is a man of high integrity and puts the needs and budget of the customer first. If you want to purchase a home in North Carolina, he is your best bet. You *cannot* go wrong with him. I have given vocal testimony to my coworkers about his integrity and professionalism. I would reccomend Patrick whole heartedly.
