Patrick's responsive service was our favorite thing about him! He truly made us feel we were his only client and texted/called/emailed within minutes of recieving new information. Patrick is thorough and fast, patiently explaining anything 3 or 4 times. He helped us find an amazing fit home during a weird market that fits our needs! He's wasn't afraid to contact a real estate coach for a second opinion on strategy. He never talked down to us, but instead taught us with genuine care. We won't miss renting, but we will miss those witty postcards he sends out! (5 stars to his marketing coach too!) Thank you to Patrick and Remax!
