Patrick was our listing agent and we loved working with him. It was our first time selling so it was a bit overwhelming but he quickly earned our trust and made us feel comfortable from the start. One thing we appreciated was how he took the time to make sure that we understood each step of the process. He answered all of our questions and explained all of our options so that we could make the right decisions. He also went above and beyond when it came to marketing our home to make sure it stood out in this crowded market. This generated a ton of interest and led to a closing price that was beyond our expectations. The entire thing couldn’t have been more seamless.
