It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of home shopping, which could lead to costly mistakes with buyer’s remorse. Serving in the U.S. Navy Active duty for 10 years, I decided to actively pursue a career in Real Estate. Having a passion for helping others, I realized this path would give me the opportunity to help others and Veterans with the VA loan home buying process. Years of dedication in the military has given me a strong work ethic with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Being committed to keeping my clients well informed and educated, I'm a skilled negotiator and problem solver, who promises you will get the best possible results which will lead to a successful transaction. Some of my interests are I enjoy watching college football (being a former college football player) boxing and I'm an avid music collector who enjoys all genres of music. Actively involved with several Veteran Organizations as a LIFE MEMBER of American Legion Post 364, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars), and Fleet Reserve of Corpus Christi. I continue to donate my time and skills to active and retired veterans. Always willing to go the extra mile, I'm available whenever needed, and will always give my honest opinion and ensure all your needs are addressed as quickly as possible. Dedicated and considerate

We hired Patrick to sell our property, which was a very smooth transaction. He was also very patient with us. While our property was on the market, we had a devastating loss in our family. Out of the kindness of patrick's heart, he donated a percentage of his earning towards our daughter's funeral in which I will forever be grateful. This is a person who has a great heart and is a very nice and sincere.
