Patrick was referred to us by friends who had a great experience working with him. We really can't say enough great things about Patrick. He compiled our list of homes, added some to it, and took us on a great day of tours. His knowledge of the different Philadelphia neighborhoods, market trends, and builder quality comes from his years and years in the industry. n nHe helped explain the process in clear language, advised us as we negotiated, and referred a mortgage broker (Trident) who was able to get us a great rate. n nHe's amazingly responsive, even while he was on holiday in Mexico!
