We have been working with Patrick for more than 14 months to find the right home for our growing family. Throughout our search, Patrick made every effort to be available for showings the day something listed, often times within a matter of hours. He really understood what we were looking for in a home and always had our best interest in mind. We never once felt pressured to buy or guilty if we decided a house wasn't for us. We lost out on a couple of different houses after being outbid. While this was often frustrating and defeating, Patrick remained positive and encouraging that we would soon find our dream home. Thankfully, we did find the home our kids can grow up in and Patrick was instrumental in working with the seller's realtor, finalizing the deal, and even taking care of a few unknown issues with the home that popped up days before closing.
