Excellent from start to finish.
Patrick is an easy going, very knowledgeable and expert real estate agent. He guides you through the process step by step. He suggested that we list our home at a certain market value that he knew would appraise correctly. Our home involved a bidding war and we accepted an offer for more than the appraised value because the offer contained an appraisal guarantee dollar amount. Patrick spent four and a half hours with us reviewing the 15 offers we received and helped guide us to the best choice. I would very highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a house.
