San Bernardino, or even the I.E. is a tricky place to buy so having someone that could help be figure out where the good neighborhoods were was rather amazing. Patrick was able to show us several homes before we landed on our current home. He worked great around our budget with finding houses. He is great at explaining and guiding through the buying process!
