We retired to Ashe County after living several years in Louisiana. Pat Considine helped us to locate the house of our dreams on 8 acres of land during a two day visit to NC. Then all the details of making the purchase, including the closing, were handled by Pat in NC while we stayed home in Louisiana without our having to return to NC during the process. He did an amazing job. My wife and I strongly recommend Pat Considine to you.
