Patrick was not only dedicated to finding us...
Patrick was not only dedicated to finding us the right home, but extremely patient with us as our search was postponed for a year while we got married and saved up. He was knowledgeable about what to look out for (especially in the basement) and thought of things I never would have. He stayed right by our side all the way through our search, several offers, and closing, and his heroes program kicked back some money to help get our newly constructed home in shape. 5 stars Patrick!
