Very good and knowledgeable and sees the layout very well and finds solutions and I didn't have to handle anything. I was buying a house the same time he was selling mine in different states and started a new position and didn't have to worry and he actually fixed problems my buying agent had because I told him what I was dealing with and he called my agent and helped out.
