Firstly as a property manager it was effortless for me. I moved a few times over those years. Always promo payment and accounting. There was light turnover of tenants but each time the transition was timely including any repairs etc. I listed in the hot market of 21 as expected there were offers coming in quickly but not a crazy amount which indicated we had priced it correctly. Whole transaction done from far away went very smooth and quick. Couple hiccups as with any transaction but prompt creative solutions got us through. Very happy with entire process.
