He was patient and kind which went a long way for us! He must have escorted us to view 15 or 20 homes before we found the "right" one. Patrick was thorough with investigating everything about each property, working with other agents on our behalf. Endless times we called him or were sending text messages, and he never ran out of patience and responded right away - every single time! He worked with the agent who was selling our property, the mortgage company and the title companies, being a stellar representative on our behalf. I could not have wished for a better experience. Patrick knew the sellimg market and what the value of our house was what we needed to do to the house to sell it and gave good ideas .... very helpful and for closing of the house he again very professional i would recomend him to anyone who was in the market for selling or buying a house.
