I’m a young first-time homebuyer. Initially the process intimidated me, and I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. Patrick was recommended, and he guided me through the process, but never pressured me to make a decision until I was ready. One of my main concerns with an agent was the pressure to buy, especially if my concerns and desires were not fully taken into consideration. But Patrick made me feel totally comfortable and ultimately found the home that I live in now, in a corner of the neighborhood that I didn’t even know existed! I am so happy with my home and my decision to use this agency. As a side note, Patrick was available by text or phone every time that I reached out, even though I have an unusual schedule. He never seemed bothered, and promptly responded to even the silliest/smallest questions, which went a long way to relieving my anxiety through the process. I think everyone should have that support when going through the home buying process.
