After interviewing a number of potential brokers, I hired Patrick Barnes and want to encourage you to do the same. He is extremely knowledgeable; was able to help identify contractors and oversee the work to prepare my late father's home for sale; explained each step and was available to answer questions and provide advice. From the beginning he appeared open and honest and at several points made recommendations that saved me money, once at his own expense. Although he appears young and modest, he turned out to be extremely capable and a real pleasure to work with. With his assistance, the house sold quickly and at a price that met my expectations. I cannot recommend him more highly!
