Patrick is great to work with. He is very responsive and has a great knowledge of the local markets. Patrick was able to schedule times around my personal needs and met me at multiple locations to help me find the home of needs and wants. Patrick went with me to the negotiation table and provided insight I did not think of in the beginning. I had a awkward close time but Patrick made it a point to meet me at the table and get the deal closed I will definitely use Patrick's services again in the future.
