Patrícia was extremely attentive and made the process of selling our house go as smoothly as it possibly could. Whenever an issue came up, she had a solution and was able to guide us through whatever we needed to do to make the sale happen. She negotiated on our behalf and our house sold for over the asking price! We were unable to be there for the closing day, so she arranged for us to get everything sorted out and signed ahead of time and then attended the closing walk-through on our behalf to hand over the house keys.
