We met Trish Upp-Miller by chance at our garage sale, and from the very first conversation, she was friendly, energetic, and easy to talk to. The topic of selling our house came up, and she gave us her card and let us know she was a real estate agent. We invited her inside to look around, and right away she was positive, encouraging, and confident our home would sell. A few days later, we sat down with Trish and her partner, Christina, and they were absolutely awesome. They priced our house appropriately for the market, which was especially important because we were concerned about selling in Southwest Florida, where the market was not the strongest at the time. Trish and Christina went above and beyond from the start. They brought in items to help stage the house for photos, gave us great advice on preparing the home, and worked with an excellent photographer. The photos turned out amazing and helped present the house in the best possible light. Throughout the process, they stayed engaged, offered valuable advice and insight, and were always quick to respond whenever we had questions. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. In the end, they sold our house in about 35 days, and the entire experience with them was outstanding. Trish and Christina are a go-get-’em team, and it was a pleasure to have them as our agents. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Worked with realtors my entire life, as I own properties in Pennsylvania, typically, I don't like to work with realtors because most of them pressure you or make you feel like you need to buy from them. Sometimes, they seem agitated if you don't buy quickly enough, etc., etc. Patricia worked with me for over a year, and literally at the last minute, I was going to build a house, which she would've made a very small commission if I had built a house instead of buying a house. She never bought an eye and tried to help me find the right builder. I ended up buying a house, and I was impressed with her knowledge of inspectors and how quickly she got all of the inspections scheduled. She's a pitbull, and she's definitely a buyer's agent. She's extremely resourceful and has been doing it forever. I would highly recommend her. I know there are hundreds of real estate agents out there, but I assure you she's 1 OF 1
