Patricia was always informative, prompt, and helpful with the sale of our house. We were always informed of any, and all potential offers and her input and suggestions was spot on! She was extremely patient and understanding in addressing any problems or needs as they occurred. This was a "long distance" partnership, and she helped us extensively with arranging repairs and financial assistance along the way, as we were not in the country at the time. He representation of our needs was priceless.
