She spent so much time and attention getting to know our home preferences and price point, asking detailed questions to hone in on what we were really looking for. It was very obvious that she is extremely knowledged in the field, and while on home tours, she would educate us on the different aspects of the home, reminding us of what we had said we wanted in a home (when the oooh's and aaah's would capture our attention) and highlight the qualities of the home that a regular person might not notice. She worked with a team during our home buying experience, and showed amazing leadership in how she communicated with everyone effectively so we all stayed on the same page. No detail ever escaped her, she was organized and knew what needed to be done with each step, and what was coming next.
