With our property, 36 acres and a two bedroom house, that is a very specific type of buyer and Patricia knows that. Pricing properties like ours and others she works with every day takes a considerable amount of analysis yet she does this in a timely manner. From our listing appointment, we were on the market in three days and then under contract in three days. This sounds like it was a simple sale but it was not. It took five months to close. This due to being the size property it is and the location, this was family land dating back to 1851. With that, there were undocumented right of ways that had to be settled.
