Patricia made selling my condo so easy!
I was a first time home buyer when Patricia helped me find and close on the condo. After 2 and a half years and all new renovations, I was ready to sell. Everything went so smooth and she took care of everything! There was a lot of paperwork and details that she needed and I helped as much as I could, but she really took care of it all and made it as stress free for myself as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Patricia is extremely knowledgeable and I trusted her every step of the way.
