Pat was very friendly and helpful in every way. I was purchasing a new home from out of state which entailed added problems but each step went smoothly. After the closing transactions Ms. Sproehnle helped me with information concerning utilities, cable, insurance, pest control, etc. She was extremely helpful in making my move to Florida a pleasant experience.
