Patty was amazing to work with. She knew the neighborhood extensively, was able to provide ideas on simple ways to increase value of home in a short timeframe, and was very responsive, professional and accommodating. She made sure we were focusing only on homes that met our needs under a complicated set of parameters. I would highly recommend Patty and look forward to working with her again!
