Mrs Patty from the time we met in 2017 until now 2025 have been memorable. Her responsiveness and due diligence along with attention to detail with searching for my 1st home has been nothing short of impressive and what I was looking for. She took down my want list in a home and found all the options available. Over the last 10 years she has been a sound board for me assisting with finding tenets after I was notified by the military to move abruptly in such short notice. All of the tenets chosen have taken tremendous care of my condo, thanks to Mrs. Patty’s intentional handling of choices. Recently made the decision to sell my home in Maryland. I called Mrs. Patty letting her know I now live in Cali and she sold my home was off the market in 2 weeks and sold shortly thereafter.
