I was referred to Patty from a friend and it was the best decision I made. After having trouble selling my mother’s home the year prior, we thought we would try again but this time with Patty. She did her due diligence and was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. After a long and lengthy process to no fault of Patty’s she was able to secure a buyer and my mom was able to close on the sale of her home! Patty made this process seamless and explained everything to us. Working with Patty, I have no regrets.
