Patricia knew the market. She put a lot of her time into staging my condo to be sold, and got a great response and feedback. She was was knowledgeable and ahead of events in negotiations, and generally speaking super hard working. I would use her again most definitely!
My husband and I have purchased and sold a total of five homes. Two of these transactions have now been with Patricia. We have had good agents and terrible ones. Patricia doesn’t fit into either category as she is amazing! She helped us a negotiate a great price on the house we purchased. She also sold our other house in ONE DAY, all cash, and OVER ASking! We had to be out of town for closing as it was moved early (which we loved). And we still had some minor things that needed to be wrapped up at the house prior to closing. Patricia took care of all of it. She went above and beyond! We are so thankful for her.
