Understanding, kindhearted, energetic - just a few words to describe Patty. I don’t think I could have asked for anyone better. Patty from the beginning communicated in a timely matter and was always reachable via text or phone call. She definitely has patience. I might have switch my ideas at least three times through the whole process and she adjusted accordingly. I would feel bad, due to feeling indecisive and didn’t want her to think I was just wasting her time. She always reassured me that it was fine and that it’s completely normal especially for a first timer. She would voice her thoughts/concerns to think about when viewing the properties we saw and that was greatly appreciated. She will definitely be the first one I contact when I start looking for the next home purchase.

Patty was a big help. We needed to sell our previous home and coordinate the purchase of a new one. We needed to sell a home find a home and close both deals within a month.
