Patricia Rice explained the initial posting that included the photos, notification of showings, and potential buyer reviews. I was out of town during the sale; however, she spot painted, cleaned foot prints, and made shoe coverings available, so people would not continue to leave foot prints on the cleaned carpet. The house had a buyer 24 hours after posted on the market. Patricia walked me through every closing document. She has become my friend- not just an insurance agent.
