This is my first home purchase solo so I don't have a lot of knowledge/insight into what goes on in real estate transactions. I felt at the end she could have pushed harder for them to fix more things around the house or be compensated, but they were difficult sellers. I know Pat from one of my best friend who Pat help her get the lovely home at Beverly Hills. I met Pat back in March 2018 when I plan to buy my first home closed to the same area I stayed at time. She was very proactive in her work. She did wonderful research, arranged the appointment , dedicated herself for her clients and was professional.
