Patsy is licensed to sell real estate in West Virginia. She and her husband, Don, live in Charles Town. They have raised their 3 children in Jefferson County and are at the stage of life where they are enjoying their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patsy's favorite past time is watching her granddaughter play fastpitch softball for Shepherd University as a catcher.
Patsy has always been community-minded and has served her community by holding the elective offices of Jefferson County Magistrate, Clerk of the Jefferson County Circuit Court and Jefferson County Commissioner. She is retired from county government and currently sits on the Board of the Jefferson County Council on Aging, the Jefferson County Convention and Visitor's Bureau, and the Board of Directors of the Horses with Hearts organization.
Patsy has been a licensed agent in the real estate business since 1984 and prides herself on keeping up with the latest trends and changes in the real estate market to keep her clients informed throughout the process of selling or buying their homes. Patsy believes that communication is paramount to building trust with her clients.
