Some sales go smoothly, but some don't. My sale didn't go so smoothly because an inspector came and made the buyers nervous and they backed out. Patti went to work, got the buyers back, negotiated getting some repairs done, and ended up getting the sale completed. It was great relying on Patti's expertise to save a sale that, I'm sure, many other Realtors would have just let go. She went beyond her job and even coordinated with contractors on my behalf. She's the best Realtor out there.
