Patricia Navar is the most professional person I have ever worked with. I am writing this review to share just how outstanding and knowledgeable she is in Real Estate. My Wife and I went to an open house without being pre-qualified on a Sunday, (most real estate agents won’t even take you serious if you’re not prequalified). The last day to submit an offer on the home was that same Sunday and Patricia was able to help me get pre-qualified and put in an offer on the same day, in addition she was able to strategically make my offer so appealing that I was able to purchase our dream home without being the highest bidder!!! Patricia made all of this happen while being out of town and it being her birthday weekend. Her commitment to her clients is clearly her topmost priority! I recommend Patricia for all your real estate needs. Thank You Patricia for making our dreams a reality!

We loved working with Patricia. She made the experience of selling our home very pleasant and not intimidating. Even with the language barrier she was kind and did her best to explain certain concepts we were not familiar with. We could tell that she worked very hard to get us maximum profit for our home.
