It is kind of crazy that one single real estate broker can change your opinion of brokers in general. Patty McCann did that for us. We had had several bad experiences many years ago, but this was completely different. Besides being warm and enthusiastic, Patty was extremely efficient, detail oriented, tireless, and responsive every step of the way…including answering our texts and e-mails in the middle of the night. Every step of the way, she was there to inform and guide. Whatever questions we threw at her, whether related directly to the purchase, or for services we needed prior to or after the closing, she had the knowledge and the contacts and could make recommendations on where to go or who to call. And she and her husband even pitched in physically to help clear some unwanted possessions. In this deal, we were the buyers, and have now listed our original property with her for sale. By listing with Patty and this full-service agency, we know that we could not be in better hands. Simply put, Patty was and is a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend her to everyone.
