My house was listed for sale in a tough market for sellers. I had Patricia May's card and I decided to give her a call because she had very good listed credentials. Patricia is very professional, very friendly and very good at keeping in contact throughout the entire listing process. The kind of agent that you feel comfortable with from day one. Showing requests were consistent every week and Patricia was very good with getting feedback from buyers' agents who had requested a showing for their client. The house did not sell in that listing period and I considered completely taking my house off of the market or trying listing with another realtor. However it was a tough market and my experience with Patricia was such a good one that I decided to stay with her and list the house again, considering that she had certainly been putting the time and effort into trying to get the house sold. Patricia advised that with the Spring season, re-listing could very well work out good. She was right. The house was re-listed and after a couple of weeks of showings, there were two offers, one of which I decided to go with. It was the right choice and the house was subsequently sold. Patricia's expertise with negotiation was very helpful in getting to that point. Staying with Patricia to re-list was the right choice. I highly recommend Patricia May for anyone looking for a realtor. I gave a 5 star rating because it was certainly well deserved.
