When it came time to sell my home in Canton, I knew there was only one relator to call, Patricia Mavrides. Patricia and Sebastian are two of the most honest, kind hearted and genuinely sincere people you will ever meet. Patricia spent many hours answering my questions, providing me with objective data regarding home sales and working tirelessly to give me the best and accurate information as possible. Patricia made the process of selling my home incredibly easy and took extra steps to ensure a stress free sale. My house went under contract without an open house and Patricia worked with the buyers to accommodate my moving time frame. There is no better team to sell your home than the Mavrides Team!!

Patricia and the Mavrides Moves team were exceptional! They helped us get our home staged and ready to be placed on the market in record time as we made a last minute decision to move and needed to sell our home quickly. They did a thorough job at the open house which generated multiple offers and took the time to review all our options. We sold our home well over asking and the process was so much easier with Mavrides Moves assisting us.

Patricia and Sebastian are the best! They will walk you through the process and get you the best results. We were thrilled with the final sale value. Highly recommend them to anyone!
