Patricia Martin

I can't begin to explain or find the words for how perfect Ms. Patricia Martin was throughout the entire process. The most patient, understanding, knowledgeable, supportive, polished, available, and guidance providing agent you could ask for. I moved from a different state where everything is totally different from property tax amounts to the way you close. She walked me through every step of the process. I purchased outside of the county she typically represents and she was phenomenal. What she didn't know she had the resources to get the answer. Ms. Martin demonstrated patience in me seeing different properties as far as 40 miles away and never once pushed back. It was times I felt like I was being a burden to her, but she assured me I wasn't and would encourage me to see more properties until we found what was the correct fit for me. She took the time to learn my taste and style. She was very uplifting and full of faith when we would submit an offer and it would not be accepted. Where I was most impressed was her staying in contact with me after we initially looked at houses when I first relocated in October of 2022. Due to some personal issues and having to digest downsizing due to the outrageous property taxes, I wasn't able to resume house shopping until February of 2023 and she stayed in contact without being overbearing. Her guidance and conversation when we would see houses that may have looked good but weren't necessarily in the best location was amazing. Her communication when I would send her different MLS numbers to look at was incredible. I could go on and on about Ms. Patricia and I will always be grateful someone recommended her to me. With this transition and her guidance I will forever refer to her as the "Mother" of real-estate agents.
