Patty helped my husband and I with the purchase of our first home back in August of 2019- this review is long overdue! Being first time homebuyers we truly were relying on an agents guidance. Patty from the beginning was very personable, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know us and our list of “must-haves” to ensure that any property presented to us was something we would be looking for. We fortunately found a property we loved and Patty was able to get us in to see the house on the same day. After seeing it, we knew we wanted to write an offer. To say the least, Patty worked quickly and efficiently to get the offer in, receive a counter offer, and send in our acceptance in a span of 3 days. She was in close contact with the selling agent to provide her assurance of our interest and readiness to move forward with opening escrow. Throughout the escrow process, Patty took the time to go through each disclosure (as we needed it) to ensure that we understood what we were signing. She was able to help execute (along with our great lender) an escrow closing of 17 business days which helped us with not having to pay an extra month’ rent in our precious condo. To say the least, Patty was a wonderful person to work with and I to this day reach out to her with any real-estate questions that I may have. I have recommended her to a few family and friends and she also has provided them with the same service she did with us. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you Patty for helping us make our dream of buying our first home a reality!

The experience was above and beyond my wife and my expectations, from beginning to closing. Patricia made the experience a walk in the park, my wife and I couldn't of been more thankful for her service. being our first home purchase experience, we had plenty of questions and doubts but Patricia made sure we were as comfortable as possible with our process. She is the realtor you want to work with, no need to look any further. Patty is truly the best. She listens to what you are looking for and is very detailed in her explanations. One of the best things I love about Patty is that she has a great sense of awareness and if she feels something is not settling with you she notices it and talks to you about it. She guides you every step of the way. She always made me feel very comfortable and she gained my trust quickly, buying a house was new to me so for her to make me feel that way made the process that much easier. It doesn't matter what time you have a question, she will answer it within seconds. I recommend her highly as she is a true professional. I would definitely use her services again. By the way, her negotiating skills should not go unmentioned ;)
