We were having issues finding a real estate agent for probate and trust situations, and My son was in Cambodia and he googled Pat for the type of real estate agent we needed. We believe very strongly that God put our path together. She’s very attentive to her clients. I called her one day and within two days she met me at the house to look it over and discuss the sale price and what we needed to do for probate. She was always one step ahead covering all of our bases. She’s extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate in California laws for reality she makes you feel like a friend. We felt very blessed to have her as our real estate agent. We actually didn’t have any issues which was a blessing and anytime there was gonna be like a little hiccup. She was already on top of it explaining what had happened while it was happening and how we work through it. I actually wish I had more properties to sell so that I could have her as my Realtor. I believe from start to finish We were only like four weeks, which is absolutely amazing. She is extremely fair and diligent with the sale of our property. Always keeping constant contact with us giving us updates and the thing that was awesome. Also was she was always available and within hours she would contact you back. It was no sitting around for two or three days waiting for her.

Hardworking, honest, went above & beyond the "real estate" agent role. I've known Pat for over 20 yrs. For many years we worked together in thd same RE office. When I left the state Pat became my CA.
