We had a complex selling experience because we were out-of-state and trying to sell our deceased mother's vacant home. Pat helped immensely in overseeing a range of issues including repairs and moving furniture across country. During the entire process, Pat kept us thoroughly informed and was always available and easy for us to contact. All in all, dealing with Pat was a pleasant and professional experience. If we are ever buying or selling another property in the Rolla area, we will definitely use Pat again.
