My husband and I were just starting to look for pasture ground near Manassa, Colorado. Trish continued to look out for new properties coming up for sale and notify us, in case we were interested. After an original contract fell through with another buyer, she worked quickly to get us under contract, it’s really a type of property that’s hard to come across in our area.
