i was just unhappy that she said buyer was paying closing cost when i asked. but at the closing roberta had to pay closing cost as well. i dont recall ever being told that roberta had to pay one. but doesnt matter now. she was a joy to work with and roberta adored her. they became fast friends. i would use her again and will refer when the time arises. she is a very compassionate person and that is a plus.roberta met her in the hospital and became friends there.
