Patricia Griesmeyer

From the moment that Patricia Griesmeyer walked into our home, we had a good feeling that only became stronger the further we got into the process. She patiently took us through the gauntlet of paperwork. After that was concluded, she shared with us what we could expect going forward. She helped us to prepare our home so that it would show well on the MLS that she prepared so that it would appeal to prospective buyers. We had several offers and had a verbal agreement within 5 days of our home being listed. From start to finish she was very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. She is fair and honest, and represented our interests well with the buyer, buyer's real estate agent and the sets of attorneys. At the conclusion, we were sad to say good-bye to Pat. We loved working with her and highly recommend her whether you are on the selling or buying end of the housing market.
