Patti was great.

She came out to my house 3 years ago, knowing I was not ready to sell for several years, and gave me feedback on what I needed to do to the house to get it ready for sale. Since some things could be expensive I needed the time to spread out the costs. I was really impressed with her willingness to do this with no guarantee of a job! When I finally called her in September ‘23 telling her I was ready to sell she got right to work. I let her know I still needed to do the last minute things, like putting some things in storage to reduce clutter, painting, power washing, and curb appeal. Once I got all that done she had a photographer here in days, put it on the market the next Monday and had an open house the following Saturday! We got 2 offers that day and sold to one of them.
